Behavior Data Systems (BDS) Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) can be obtained in two different ways:
- ICMS is available free (or at no cost) to Probation Departments that use BDS tests. To qualify, the BDS test utilization rate is a minimum twelve (12) tests per month. This minimum requirement can involve the same BDS test or different BDS tests. Each BDS assessment instrument or test has its own website and these websites are listed at www.Tests-Websites.com. BDS' test utilization fee is $9.95 per test. Once a Probation Department test utilization fee is established it will never be increased, your price is locked in.
- ICMS is also available to Probation Departments that do not use BDS tests. The nominal ICMS fee is based on the number of departmental staff, which includes Probation Department Adminstrators, Chief Probation Officers and Probation Officers. Staff totals can be readjusted as needed.

In comparison to other case management systems ICMS is state-of-the-art. Its monthly fees have been kept deliberately low so they are affordable. Established ICMS fees will not be increased, which locks in a departments ICMS costs, even though new ICMS accounts may be increased at some future date for inflation.
