How to Open an Online (Internet) Testing Account

FIRST YOU REGISTER
New account registration is straightforward and it takes approximately 3 minutes. If desired call us at 1 (800) 231-2401 and a staff person will walk you through the process.

Click on any of the "Open An Account" buttons, which are in each www.online-testing.com webpage.

Click on the "Test User Qualifications", let us know how you "Heard About Us."

Review the "Terms and Conditions of Use" and click on the "Signature Confirmed"
button.
Within 2 minutes your username and password will be emailed to the email address you provide. This information is case-sensitive and should be saved for future reference. You will need this information when you login to test.
How to Open a Windows Testing Account
Windows Diskettes and USB Flash Drives
Obtaining, filling out and returning your signed copy of either the Behavior Data Systems, Ltd. (BDS) or Risk & Needs Assessment, Inc. (Risk & Needs) Testing Agreement is easy and straightforward. The Agreement states the price you will be paying per test. Barring a catastrophic event, once established your price doesnt change. It also clarifies that diskettes and USB flash drives are to be returned to either BDS or Risk & Needs.
Download (open and print) a copy of the Agreement from
www.bdsltd.com or the
www.riskandneeds.com Test User Agreement page. Complete and sign the Agreement and fax it to (602) 266-8227 or email it to
orders@bdsltd.com. Or contact us by telephone 1 (800) 231-2401, fax (602) 266-8227, or email us at
info@bdsltd.com and we will get an Agreement form to you.
If for whatever reason these instructions don't meet your needs, contact BDS or Risk & Needs to place your order. And, just to be safe, if you dont receive your order within 5 workdays contact BDS or Risk & Needs at the numbers cited above.
